Return policy of 10OFFICIAL
For various reasons you can make the choice to return your order. For each return you have to contact us via the contact form and you will receive a return number. If you have received the return number we ask you kindly to return the package within 14 days. After this period the return number is no longer valid. For all procedures it is important to send the product in its original packaging, postage prepaid and properly packed, the invoice (copy) with return form enclosed. The returnform can be downloaded here. Only fully completed forms will be accepted.

Who pays for the shipping costs for returns?
When returning a product that does not meet your expectations, you have to pay the shipping costs for return yourself. Always check with us before you return.
You have the right to return an item within 14 days (right of withdrawal), without giving any reason. You may view the article within this period as you do in a shop, unless otherwise stated. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the day:
- that the item is in your possesion;
- for multiple items in an order which are supplied separately; when you have received the last article.
Are you not satisfied with your purchase you can of course cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, the cost of returning you have to pay yourself. Garments should not be worn and must be returned in original packaging. Garments that show traces of makeup and / or odors, appear to be worn or washed, can not benefit from this refund. This is carefully monitored by 10OFFICIAL. Return forms only will be considered when fully completed. We will credit the invoice within the statutory period of 14 days. If the 14 calender days have passed you can no longer cancel the order. Always contact us before sending a return package.
Exchange of garments
We cannot exchange garments. You can return your old order in original packaging within the trial period of 14 days and place a new order on our website. Always report a return by using the contactform. After receiving we will check the garment, this should absolutely not be worn (of course garment fit is allowed). The payment method which was chosen when you placed the order will be used to pay you back.
The following items may not be returned:
Garments that are received more than 14 calender days ago.
Garments whose seal is broken.
Garments that are used, worn, damaged or incomplete.
Garments whose packaging is damaged by use, or careless opening the box.
Garments like underwear and caps.
Order has arrived damaged (shipping damage)
When you get an order provided that is damaged, you must notify us via the contact form with enclosed picture of the damage. Of course you can refuse the package at the door. If you accept, report the damage to the delivery person. Please note! Also report the damage within 2 working days after receiving at 10OFFICIAL by using the contact form. After this period there can be no claim submitted and 10OFFICIAL and the carrier are no longer liable for this. There wil be a research application to the carrier. The carrier has at least 4-6 weeks to do research, unfortunately we can not affect this.
If the garment has finishing flaws or errors, or there are zippers or buttons broken within a period of 2 weeks from date of purchase, you are entitled to warranty. Always contact our customer service to discuss the possibilities to make a warranty claim.

Delivery does not match with what is ordered
If the delivery does not match with what you have ordered we will ask you to report this as soon as possible by using the contact form.
