How do I know what size I should buy?
To find the right size, you can of course look in a garment of 10OFFICIAL if you have previously ordered a 10OFFICIAL item. If this is not the case, you can always check our size chart.

Can I cancel an order?
Canceling your order is free of charge and without giving any reason possible within 24 hours. If you want to cancel your order please call our customer service. If your order has been shipped it can not be stopped. Please note that our customer service is not reachable by phone on weekends.

Is there time for consideration and may I return an item?
When purchasing products the consumer can terminate the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days. This period commences on the day following receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer. Then you have also 14 days to actually return the order.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We ensure that the ordered items, if in stock, will be shipped within 5 to 7 days.

What if I have not received my order after 7 days?
While we do our best to respect the stated delivery times, we can not be held liable for any delay in delivery. The official statutory delivery period is 30 days.

Can I change the delivery address?
Once your order is placed, unfortunately you can not change the delivery address. Always think carefully about the shipping address that you choose. If you are not at home during the day then you might have the package delivered to a family member or at work.

Can I pick up my order?
No, that's not possible. Because 10OFFICIAL every day is sending large numbers of packages from different warehouses, we can not make exceptions.

Who will deliver my order?
We work together with POST NL for the delivery of packages. POST NL uses large delivery times, so your package can even be deliverd in the evenings or on Saturdays. POST NL also supplies to neighbours.

Can I monitor the status of my order?
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email, so you can see exactly where your order is and when it will approximately be delivered to you.

Do I pay shipping costs?
Yes, we calculate the shipping costs in response to the weight and size of the package. The shipping costs are clearly stated in the shopping cart.

Are the prices incl. VAT?
We like to keep it clear and transparent, so the prices you see on the website are inclusive VAT.

Do I have guarantee?
If the garment has finishing flaws, errors, or there are zippers or buttons broken within 2 weeks from date of purchase, you are entitled to warranty. Always contact our customer service to discuss the possibilities to make a warranty claim. 10OFFICIAL takes no complaints about garments that are not purchased from our online store www.10official.com. Complaints about garments purchased in a physical store have to be returned in the store.

Will my privacy be respected?
We respect the privacy of all users of the website and ensure that the personal information you provide to us is kept confidential. We use your information to conduct the orders as quickly and easily as possible. For the rest, we will use this information only with your permission. We will not give personal information to third parties. Information about the use of our site and the feedback we receive from our customers is used for the development of our website. We comply with the law personal registration, and will not give your details to third parties.
